Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The contractor will be required to provide support to the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Other Government Agencies (OGA) procurement to the various H-60 BLACKHAWK configurations in the areas of engineering, prototype manufacturing, program management, component and sub-system integration and qualification, product assurance, test, configuration management and logistics in the individual task orders. In addition the contractor will be required to provide materials that are incidental to performance of the support services, as required by the individual task orders issued under the contract. By other than full and open competition, it is anticipated that a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with provisions for issuance of both firm fixed price and cost type, to include fixed fee task orders will be awarded. This will be sole sourced to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Note: 22 is applicable.
