- Vendor Questions # 1 Drawings Vendor Questions # 2 Utilities Statement of Work REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Issued By: 633d Contracting Squadron/LGCA 24 July 2012 74 Nealy Avenue Langley AFB, VA 23665 RFQ NUMBER: FA4800-12-EM-0020 This RFQ corresponds with presolicitation # F2Q3102160AC03 TITLE: Requirement Description This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 & 13 procedures. Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-12-EM-0020 in response to this solicitation. This RFQ constitutes the only notice as this requirement is exempt from synopsis by FAR 5.202(a)(13). This acquisition is set-aside for small business under NAICS code 238210 with a $14M size standard. Please submit a quote for the items listed below: Item No. Description Quantity Unit 0001 Install 3 Equipment Racks 3 EA 0002 Install 4 four-inch conduits from MH25 to Bldg 602 Cable Vault(500ft w/maxcell in 2 ducts) 1 EA 0003 Install Fiber Optic Cable from Bldg 602 Cable Vault to Bldg 693 ITN Room/Terminate/Splice 1 EA 0004 Add Fiber Optic Cable to Support Future ITN 693 move into Bldg 602 as defined in the statement of objectives 1 EA The estimated period of performance start date is 13-19 August 2012. FOB point is Destination. All quotes must be emailed to POC Elizabeth Marston at 633 CONS/LGCA by 14 Aug 2012, 1000 am, Eastern Standard Time (EST). All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov database prior to any contract award. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, GSA Contract No. (if applicable), Date Offer Expires, Warranty, Line Item Unit Price(s), and Total Price. BASIS FOR AWARD: IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government.
