Description
EXTENDED STAY HOTEL SERVICES SEATTLE WA: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to PROVIDE EXTENDED STAY HOTEL SERVICES. This procurement has Solicitation packages will be available after 07/26/2012. Bids are due no later than 10:00 AM. local time on 8/09/2012 at the, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 8524 N Wall St, Spokane, WA 99205. NAICS: 722110 applies. Size Standard: $7 million. The government intends to award one or more BPAs to the offeror who in accordance with the solicitation provides the best value to the government. The lodging facility should be no more than 12 miles from the VAPSHCS campus at 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle WA 98108. Synopsis of specifics: The Government requires extended stay type hotel accommodations for Transplant Programs and will need an estimated 6,800 room nights for between 1 Oct 2012 - 30 Sep 2013 and approximately that many for four additional years. The accommodations must have a kitchen and the ability to sleep two individuals separately. The kitchen needs to include a sink, microwave, refrigerator and a stove cook top. The transplant patients are accompanied by a caregiver, thus requiring accommodations to sleep two individuals. In some cases availability of two-bedroom accommodations is required.. The facility must be ADA compliant, only having stairs to access the room (if multilevel) or inside the room are not acceptable. Rooms will be cleaned weekly. The rooms must include free local phone service. The rooms are required to be non-smoking and no pets. Room price must include parking and a shuttle to local services and shuttle service twice a day to the VAPSHCS at 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle WA 98108 twice a day.
