- Description
- The 700th Contracting Squadron United States Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein AB, Germany intends to award a firm-fixed-price requirements type contract to purchase an Automotive Information Module 2 (AIM2) upgrade. AIM2 upgrade shall include delivery, installation and provide on-site training at three USAFE installations. The three USAFE installations are as follows: Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany 52 LRS / LGT Frachtabteilung Flugplatz Spangdahlem Gebaude 250 54529 Spangdahlem / Eifel Germany RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom Traffic Management Office Bldg 1073 RAF Lakenheath Brannon, Suffolk IP27 9PN RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom 100 LRS / LGRV Bldg 610 RAF Mildenhall Bury St. Edmunds Suffolk, England IP28 8NG The equipment to be furnished must be designed to meet the following specifications: National Electrical Code, NFPA #70-2003 Uniform Fire Code Underwriters Laboratories UL1238 and 913 CSA C22.2 No 142 & 157 FCC Part 15, Class A CE - US and Europe (2006/42/EC standard) National Weights and Measures Certification NFPA 30, Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code NFPA 30A, Code for Motor Fuel Dispensing Facilities and Repair Garages The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333913 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code is 3586. This is an unrestricted procurement. This action will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offeror's are responsible for obtaining any further information from this website. Questions related to this project shall be submitted in writing. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. Any offer submitted by a responsible offeror will be evaluated on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Only CCR and ORCA registered companies will be eligible for award. Award will be made on an "all or none basis".
