- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, National Forests in Florida anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for groundcover enhancement. This contract will consist of groundcover enhancement including collection of 1415 pounds of groundcover seeds, 33 acres of seed planting, and 7 acres of disk seeding on the Apalachicola National Forest, Liberty, Leon and Wakulla Counties, FL. The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about August 3, 2012. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The government will award one contract as a result of this Request for Proposal. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database, have completed the online representations and certifications (www.orca.gov) and be a certified 100% Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
