Description

Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) The 48th Medical Group at RAF Lakenheath Air Base intends to contract through the 48th Contracting Office a qualified Pain Management Registered Nurse for work at RAF Lakenheath, England for one base and one option year for a total of two year period of performance. This solicitation is currently unfunded. It is advised that prospective contractors follow instructions to offers listed on Form 1449 clause 52.212-1 and its addenda in-order to submit a complete package. Also see clause 52.212-2 and its addenda and 52.212-3 as applicable. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract and No Conditional Proposals will be accepted Package attachments include Solicitation - Form 1449 - Performance Work Statement - as part of the Form 1449 (bottom scroll attachment) Solicitation "local time" refers to UK local time. FBO time corresponds to this time. All proposals and questions should be directed to 48 CONS point of contacts listed in this notice. Note: FBO offer due date of 20 August 2012 will reflect in SF1449-SF30 Amendment pending action on 23 July 2012.
