Description

Justification and Approval for a sole source acquisition from Advantor Systems Corporation. This is a notice that Laughlin AFB intends to solicit (Solicitation FA3099-12-R-0009) to Advantor Systems Corporation as a sole source to provide one (1) Advantor Infraguard Panel Upgrade and all ancillary services to support the Infraguard Infraguard Panel Upgrade at Laughlin AFB. All upgraded equipment must be compatible with the Intrusion Detection System at Laughlin Air Force Base. The acquisition shall be under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561621; the acquisition shall not be a small business set-aside. Attached is a copy of the Contracting Officer's justification for soliciting from a sole source.
