- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, E11PS51620, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS is 424720 with a size standard of 100 employees. The National Park Service intends to issue a Fixed Price contract to provide Bio-Diesel fuel (B-5) to Big Cypress National Preserve located in Ochopee, FL. All fuel will be purchased under a single order, with multiple deliveries to accommodate tank size (s). Contractor shall provide a 5% blend of biodiesel with diesel fuel. Estimated total quantity is 10,000 gallons through December which will be specified at time of order due to tank capacity. Tank sizes are 2 (Two) 2,000 gallon tanks and 1 (one) 500 gallon trailer-all located at 33100 Tamiami Trail East in Ochopee, FL, 34141 (Big Cypress National Preserve HQ). ALL will require a tank wagon (top loading) with pump. Fill in price per gallon below to INCLUDE required fees/taxes and delivery. (minus FEDERAL taxes-we are tax exempt). Also fill in the response time after a delivery request is made.
