- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation MCC-12-RFQ-0030 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. The successful offeror will be selected through a competitive process, using the evaluation criteria and the evaluation process described below. The solicitation number is MCC-12-RFQ-0030 and represents a request for quote. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the Statement of Work, included herewith as described below. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be the Millennium Challenge Corporation, 875 Fifteenth Street, Washington, DC 20005 and FOB point of destination. The due date for proposals is Friday, August 3, 2012 at 12:00 PM EST. Quotations shall be submitted electronically to Joseph Feibel, (202) 521-3683, feibeljm@mcc.gov. This requirement is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System code 621910 with a small business size standard of $7.0M. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. The period of performance consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), as required by FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. If you are already registered in CCR, you are hereby advised to review your information to ensure that your registration is complete and verified. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. If you have an updated version of Representations and Certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website, you can include a statement reflecting this in your offer rather than sending a hard copy. Your offer must be clear on this point.
