- PR 45791907, NSN 1680-01-545-1296, Latch, Aircraft, Mate. Manufacture in accordance with Hartwell Corporation, CAGE 83014, P/N HA117-3. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for a total quantity of 158 each. Production lead-time is 239 days. FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Configuration control applies. Sole Source. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
