- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for the ILR REVIEW CONTRACT. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor will provide passage and item review for approximately 8,000 DLPT test units in at least 20 languages by using the ILR guidelines and/or other US government test development guidelines to ensure adherence to the ILR proficiency guidelines. The contractor will also provide final target-language passage review for approximately 2500 DLPT passages and items in 13 languages and for approximately 800 09L reading test passages in approximately 24 languages. Solicitation number W9124N-12-R-0105 will be available on or about 14 August 2012. Please see the solicitation for complete performance work statement, instructions to offerors, and evaluation criteria. No information is required in response to this synopsis. Proposals are due on or around 14 September 2012. This acquisition is for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611710 with a size standard of $7.0M. Performance period is 30 September 2012 through 29 September 2013. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-12-R-0105 will be available on or about 14 August 2012 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
