- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Demetrice Watson, Contracting Officer, email: demetrice.watson@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX2C0124AX; NOUN: Link Assy, Acft; NSN: 1560-01-451-0092; P/N: 414L2329-1; Min/Max Quantity: 10/50 each; Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to CH-47 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each 365 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 231 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 10 each, 243 DACA and 10 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
