- INTOP Dry Air Pallet Requirements (Draft) INTOP DRY AIR SOW (Draft) NRL-12-RV07 - INTOP DRY AIR SUPPLY SYSTEM Contact Information Reese Van Wyen, e-mail reese.vanwyen@nrl.navy.mil, phone 202-404-2398. Important Dates RFI submissions are due no later than August 3, 2012. Special Notice This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotes. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought notice or NRL's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. Objective The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of performing the requirements set forth in the attached statement of work titled INTOP Dry Air Supply System. Resources In order to aid industry in evaluating their ability to perform the requirement, the following documents have been attached and are provided herein this RFI: 1. Draft SOW for INTOP Dry Air Supply System 2. Draft Requirements document for the INTOP Dry Air Pallet CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Contact Information a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) b)Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address and e-mail address of POC c) Business Size and number of employees Pricing and Schedule Information NRL is requesting interested contractors to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate of costs. Submission of Information It is requested that the above information be provided no later than August 3, 2012. Responses may be e-mailed to reese.vanwyen@nrl.navy.mil.
