Description

Special Notice Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order to NTREPID located at 12801 Worldgate Drive Suite 800 Herndon VA 20170 The agency ™s requirement is to add functionality to the NCIS Cyber Research network and associated annual license costs. The Juniper SSG 140 secure Services Gateway is a VPN access device intended to be used for point-to point data encryption in support to network services being provided by NTREPID. CLIN 0001 5 User licenses term 12 month CLIN 0002 5 IP Mapper License term 12 months Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
