Attachment A - Option Period IV Attachment A - Option Period III Attachment A - Option Period II Attachment A - Option Period I Attachment A - Base Period BPD-SIG-12-CI-0504 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation BPD-SIG-12-CI-0504 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 750. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) is contracting to acquire vehicle up-fitting and equipment installation. A list of contract line item numbers can be found in Table A of the attachment. Period of Performance is Date of Award through 12 months, with 4 one-year option periods. Work to be performed at Contractor's location. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (FEB 2012), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Additional contract requirements and terms and conditions may be found in the attachment. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this acquisition. The deadline for receiving proposals is Wednesday, August 2, 2012 by 2:00 p.m. ET. Late proposals will not be accepted or evaluated. "Notice to Firms Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment - In accordance with FAR 9.405, offers are not solicited from firms debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment.
