Description

This is the Request for Proposal and Statement of Work. This is the SF1442 Contractors must complete it in order to be considered responsive The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials,supervision, tools, and equipment unless otherwise noted in scope or drawings to accomplish this project. This project consists of the removal and installation of (N) Carpet floor tile in entire suite. The purchase and installation of rubber base throughout the suite. The preparation of the walls patch, primer / paint the entire suite to include the metal door frames on both sides. Paint will need to meet a minimum standard of 40% solid content. MSDS sheets of all the paint will need to be surrendered to GSA before the start of the project. The contractor will be required to provide recycling certificates for the recycled material taken from the suite and move services will be required to accomplish this project. Provide dust protection throughout the project. The bidwalk will take place at 1301 Clay Street Oakland, Ca. Suite 280. The deadline for questions will be August 6, 2012 10:00 AM PST. Proposal submissions are due on August 8, 2012 1:30PM PST.
