- J&A Signed - Re-dacted This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source 2-month bridge (Period of Performance 01 August 2012 - 30 September 2012) purchase order under NAICS code 562111 to Republic Services, Incorporated /Allied Waste Industries, Incorporated, 5075 East 74 th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022-1536. Republic Services, Incorporated /Allied Waste Industries, Incorporated will provide Refuse Collection Services at Buckley Air Force Base (BAFB), Colorado. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) (A) - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Republic Services, Incorporated /Allied Waste Industries, Incorporated is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This service will be provided to 460 CES, Buckley AFB, CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
