- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912KC-12-T-0031 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect. This acquisition is unrestricted and solicited on open market basis. The contractor shall provide quote for the following equipment: 10 each of CAT engine block part number 305-8141. The government will inspect before acceptance. The equipment shall be delivered to the Pennsylvania National Guard CSMS EAST, building 10-102, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003. The Government will conduct an inspection of the equipment before delivery and acceptance. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantages to the Government, and is fair and reasonable. CONTRACT CLAUSES: All clauses and provisions are listed on the attached solicitation. Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, are due at the USPFO for Pennsylvania, Building 0-48, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003, ATTN Brian Ray, by 11 am EDT, Tuesday, August 20,2012. Quotes submitted by email will be accepted by Brian Ray at brian.craig.ray@us.army.mil. Any further questions regarding this announcement may be directed to Brian C.
