Description

The US Army Medical Command North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Physio-Control, Inc., Redmond, WA, for the purchase of 2 each LP15 V2 Monitors/Defibrillators; 4 each Li-ion Batteries; 2 each LIFEPAK 15 Power Adapters; 2 each AC Power Cords; 2 each LIFEPAK 15 Hard Paddles; 2 each Rainbow DCI ADTs; and 2 each Rainbow DCIP PED Reusable Sensors. The LIFEPAK 15 Monitor/Defibrillator has been approved as the standard model directed for use at the Ireland Army Community Hospital, Ft. Knox, KY in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 334510, size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 25 July 2012.
