- This notice is to announce that this NSN is being solicited. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice. The solicitation number is SPM7LX-12-X-0038 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with one base year and one option year is anticipated. Estimated annual demand quantity (ADQ) is 273 each. The ADQ represents an estimate only and not a guaranteed amount. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of two years. Solicitation will be issued as "unrestricted" and as "Other than full and open". The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2530-01-472-9728, nomenclature, is a Brake Drum. The approved sources and part numbers are Oshkosh Corporation (45152) P/N 3002951 Webb Wheel Products (18889) P/N 69658B Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation Issue date is on 17 AUG 2012 with the Response date on 17 SEP 2012. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web.
