Description
The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the installation of a new mobile administrative office trailer; walkway and wheelchair access ramp, extruded aluminum walkway cover and the extension of existing power, telephone, LAN, security and fire alarm systems. A Pre-Offer site visit will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. EDT on July 26, 2012. Meeting will be held at the Teterboro ATCT, 225 Fred Wehran Drive, Teterboro Airport, Teterboro, NJ 07608. Point of Contact (POC) will be Steve Smith, 516-443-9417. Backup POC is Larry Brady, 210-288-1889. RSVP to the POC at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
