Description

RFQ Statement of Work This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: EEO Training Modules, Please see attached SOW and RFQ. Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is an all or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.217-5 evaluations of Options (July 1990,) 52.217-8 Options to Extend Services, 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of Contract (Mar 2000) pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, 0700 am EST, 23 July 2012. No telephone calls please
