- This notice is to announce that this NSN is being solicited. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice. The solicitation number is SPM7LX-12-X-0043 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with one base year and two option yeasr is anticipated. Estimated annual demand quantity (ADQ) is 12 each. The ADQ represents an estimate only and not a guaranteed amount. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of three years. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside and as "Other than full and open". The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2815-01-318-8526, nomenclature, is a Cylinder Sleeve and Piston Assembly. The approved sources and part numbers are DETROIT DIESEL CORPORATION (3B518) P/N 23522953 TOGNUM AMERICA INC (72582) P/N 23522953 FEDERAL-MOGUL CORPORATION DBA (7U177) P/N 23522953 Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States.. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation Issue date is on 07/17/12 with the Response date on 08/02/12. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
