Description
NASA Glenn Research Center is seeking qualified Small Businesses or Small Disadvantaged Business, which includes Women-Owned, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veterans, and 8(a) firms capable of performing Professional, Administrative, Computational, and Engineering Services consisting of: technical tasks in the areas of computer science, computer and software engineering, security, networking, application development and web services. Work includes: IT Security IT Security Policy, Planning, Execution and Training IT Security Engineering and Operations Enterprise Services Provide mainframe, operations and production control and support for the business and database applications. Provide directory services and account management and support for both Agency and GRC systems. Improve service delivery efficiency at GRC through the use of server virtualization Provide engineering design, integration, analysis, administration, and operation of the GRC local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs). Work shall also include capacity planning, responding to threats, increasing capacity and mitigating risk. Directory Support Account Management Server Consolidation Data Center Support Videoconferencing and Collaboration Facility Support Enterprise Applications Agency & GRC Mainframe Applications Programming GRC Database/Applications Administration Support Mainframe Support Knowledge Management &Collaborative Technologies Emerging Technologies Support IT Administrative Services Documentation Business Case Development Technical Writing Support Task Management System Support Mission Support Communications Systems Engineering Software Development and Supporting Activities High End Computing and Computer Graphics/Computational Servers Test Facility Support Web Services Central Web Services NASA Public Portal Web Site Development/Maintenance The North American Industry Class (NAIC) for this procurement is 541519 and $25.5 million respectively. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in the FBO or GSA Advantage and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor these cites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. In order to ascertain the method of procurement for the Professional, Administrative, Computational, and Engineering Services outlined above, qualified Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veterans and 8(a) firms are invited to submit a CAPABILITY STATEMENT to the NASA Glenn Research Center. Information to be provided SHALL include, but not limited to, name and address of firm, size of business; average annual revenue for the past 3 years and number of employees; ownership, whether they are Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veterans or Woman-Owned; number of years in business; affiliate information; parent company; joint venture partners; potential teaming partners; prime contractor (if you are interested as a potential subcontractor); list of customers covering the past 3 years(highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement; and points of contact- addresses and phone numbers).CAPABILITY STATEMENTS SHALL BE NO LONGER THAN 10 PAGES IN LENGHTH AND ADDRESS THE PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, COMPUTATIONAL, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE.
