- SCA Wage Determination HAFB Statements Statement of Work Combo Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3CE2101A005 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a 100% HUBZONE set aside. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910. The SB size standard for this code is $14M. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, supervision, management, bonding, administration and any other item(s) necessary to accomplish the work. The Contractor shall be familiar with all of the terms, conditions and requirements herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state and local regulations. This project shall demolish Building 1187, referred to as Administrative Facility, in its entirety. Building 1187 is approximately 2,048 square feet (SF), single-story trailer (mobile) building, brought on site in 1989 and sits on concrete masonry unit (CMU) block footers sitting on existing grade. The Contracting Officer (CO) will provide available data for the Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). The Contractor shall be responsible for any additional testing or abatement, if required (see para 1.1). Demolition shall include the removal of the CMU block footers; electrical wooden pole and junction with three conduit equipment; HVAC interior and exterior equipment; 4-inch thick concrete at an area 297 SF; disconnect and cap off at tie-in for water, sewer, gas and electric; and demolish and remove all water, sewer, gas and electric from building to 5-feet away with warranty cutoff and close-off connections. All existing landscape rocks and vegetation shall be removed from the project area. Excavated areas after demolition shall be backfilled with HAFB borrow pit material and compacted to 90% density as per American Society for Testing Materials D698 standard proctor. Import gray gravel to covered backfill for erosion control (per HAFB Base Standards). Explosive demolition is not permitted. At this time, there is no new construction programmed for this site. All demolition debris shall be disposed off base in a state licensed landfill.
