Description

HUBzone Set-Aside Solicitation Package to Demolish the James Gym Pool and Associated Buildings, with an option to remove and dispose of furnishings, equipment, and misc articles in such buildings. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION/RFP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE RFP CLOSING DATE. A. Project Title: Demolish James Gym Pool and Associated Buildings, with option to remove and dispose of any furniture in buildings. B. All questions must be submitted no later than 5 days before the Proposal due date. C. The Period of Performance is 180 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). D. Bid Bond in the amount of 20% of proposed price is required to be submitted with Proposal. E. Proposal, preparation, submission, and evaluation information are referenced in Section L "Instructions, Condition, and Notices to Offerors", and Section M "Evaluation Factors for Award". F. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 9:00 AM, July 19, 2012 followed by site visits. G. Sections K, L, and M will not be physically included in the awarded contract. H. The magnitude of this project, including the option, is between $100,000 and $250,000.. I. This solicitation is HUB-Zone set-aside IAW FAR 19.1305 NAICS code is 238910.
