- Description
- Government of Georgia (GoG) has received a grant from the Government of the United States through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for Improved Infrastructure, Economic Opportunities, and Support for Internally Displaced Persons and intends to apply part of this grant for rehabilitation Internal Roads in Town Oni. Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the rehabilitation of Internal Roads in Town Oni. Works will include: design and rehabilitation of internal road of Oni, including all investigations, surveys, engineering evaluations, special studies, Health & Safety Plan, Site Specific Environmental Management Plan, O&M Plans, preliminary and detailed designs and documentation (including working drawings for construction, technical specifications and as-constructed drawings), and rehabilitation construction works. The project envisages complete rehabilitation of 5 streets in town Oni (2,340 m). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures, in accordance with USAID policy, and is open to all bidders listed in USAID Geographic Code 937, as defined by USAID source and nationality regulations 22 C.F.R. Part 228 (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-20101-10/html/2011-33240.htm), or 110 (currently the United States, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) in effect on the date of acquisition. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) office at the address below from 10:00 to 18:00 hours. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of GEL 300 (three hundred) or equivalent. The minimum required average annual turnover of construction works for the successful Bidder in the last three years shall be GEL 2,300,000 or USD 1,940,000 (one million-nine hundred forty thousand US Dollars) equivalent,. 2. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be GEL 1,200,000 or USD 727,000 (seven hundred and twenty seven thousand US Dollars) equivalent,.
