Combined synopsis/ solicitation for Advanced Mountain Helicopter Training This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for Advanced Mountain Helicopter Training in Fairchild AFB, WA. It is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
