- Standard From 18 SOW PM The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services to be provided at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located in Phoenix, Arizona. Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to Request for Proposal No. 12-247-SOL-0007. The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance Services (PM) and repairs on the existing Radiometer America Equipment to meet the manufactory specification requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101, 99, and the Standards for Health Care Facilities and Environment of Care (EC.02.04.01, EC.02.04.03) Joint Commission Standards. The Preventive Maintenance Services shall be performed for the following equipment: 1.Radiometer America, Model ABL 700 - SN:441R0466N009 2.Annual renewal Data Management Software License for Radiance Activation Key and Version Number 2.64 Analyzer - SN: R0042N0012. The initial contract will be base year, with 3 options years to extend. The solicitation will be available on or about July 13, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The Offerors are required to submit RFQ by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov. The RFP due date is close of business 12:00 pm MT on July 19, 2012. Late proposals will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219 and the Small Business Standard is $19 million.
