- SYNOPSIS NOTICE: The Department of Veteran Affairs, Support Services Division, Regional Office located in Buffalo, New York, requires a contractor to provide for independent living construction/modification in a veteran's home in the Westfield New York area. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS 2007) code applicable to this notice is 236118, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 The period of performance is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). No Bid bond is required, but an irrevocable letter of credit and payment bond will be required. All offerors are required to check this website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. Bid due-date is August 10, 2012, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. These dates are subject to change. There will be a pre-bid site visit, date and time to be determined.
