- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment, supervision, disposal and permits necessary to upgrade the Pelco Endura Security Camera Equipment & Network located at the VA Medical Center, 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI 02908. Project Number 689-12-014. The Pelco Endura Security Camera System must be installed by authorized Pelco Endura "certified" contractors to ensure compatibility and consistency of installation onto the existing Providence VA Medical Center Pelco Endura Security Camera System. The Pelco Endura "certified" contractor is to provide a full turn-key security camera solution for the VA Medical Center facilities and areas within the facilities. The construction cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factor of management approach and past performance. The solicitation package will be available on or about July 31, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for August 31, 2012 @ 11:00 am. An organized site visit will be scheduled and further details provided in the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offerors to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be 100% set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
