- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, intends to purchase on a brand name mandatory basis One (1) 4-Port Dual Source Vector Network Analyzer; 3.5mm Calibration Kit and 3.5mm Flexible Coaxial Cable Set. See attached specifications. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will not issue a written request for quotations as all items are identified on this notice. Delivery is to be FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, no later than 60 days after date of order. Award is anticipated on or before 20 August 2012. Electronic quote submission is encouraged to pamela.shelton@navy.mil but quotes may also be faxed to (540) 653-0592. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 1 pm EDT on 20 July 2012. Please include shipping charges for delivery to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
