Description

Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Philadelphia, PA Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years for approximately 21,850 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 21,850 RSF at 444 N. 3rd Street which expires October 13, 2012 under GSA lease number GS-03B-70015. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Occupancy Date: October 14, 2012 Delineated Area: Philadelphia Central Business District North - Vine St East - Delaware River South - South Street West - 32nd Street Lease Term/Occupancy: Five years, occupancy by October 14, 2012 Expressions of interest must be received no later than July 20, 2012 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
