Description

The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) in Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana has a need for medical oncology services. The services shall be provided at the VANIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN. The contract period will be for one (1) year from contract award with four (4) 12-month renewal option years, if exercised at the Government's discretion. NAICS Code 622110 applies to a size standard of $34.5 million. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document shall be available on or before August 01, 2012. All questions shall be submitted, in writing, via email to Jaime.Krystyniak@va.gov.
