Description

The U.S. General Services Administration seeks to lease between 12,500 to 13,000 rentable square feet of space in Los Angeles, CA for a Small Business Administration (SBA) office. This is a competitive procurement and there is no pre-existing landlord to compete against. This will be a new SBA office. The offered space should be a class A building and lease must meet the following requirements: Term: Governments seeks to lease space for 10 years, 5 years firm. LEED CI: All tenant improvements will need to be LEED CI certified within 9 months after occupancy. Lease: The lease shall be full service. The lease will be based on the U.S. General Services Administration's standard lease. Location: Space shall be located in Los Angeles, CA inside or directly adjacent to the area bounded by: North : Beverly Blvd. East : Crenshaw Blvd. to Wilshire Blvd. to Wilton Pl.
