A completed DD2345 must be submitted to jesse.searles1@us.army.mil and nicole.jensen@us.army.mil in order to receive a CD via FedEx. Only one copy per prime contractor. You do not need to submit another DD2345 if you already submitted one for the original drawings and specs.
