- Attachment IV-DOL Wage Determination Attachment III- Emergency Control/Fire Plan Attachment II, Maps/drawings Attachment I, Statement of Work Solicitation, body SF1442 The Pike National Forests intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to remove one structural steel plate and furnish & install one new aluminized pipe arch, including necessary earthwork, minor clearing and grubbing, erosion control, and traffic control. Description of work: The replacement of an existing drainage structure on National Forest System Rd 364 (mile post 5.7) at West Creek with a new aluminized pipe arch designed for fish passage. Work includes the removal of one structural steel plate and furnishing and installing one new aluminized pipe arch. Work will entail earthwork, minor clearing and grubbing, erosion control, and traffic control. Location: This project is located in the Pikes Peak Ranger District, Teller County. NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 19, at T11S, R69W. From Divide, Co. travel North on Teller County Rd 51 for 0.45 miles to the junction with Teller County Rd 5. Travel North on Teller County Rd 5 for 4 miles until the road turns into NFSR 357. Travel North on NFSR 357 for 1 mile and then turn left onto NFSR 364. Travel West and Northwest on NFSR 364 for 5.7 miles to the intersection with West Creek which is the project location. Set aside: Small Business Price Range: $50,000 - $90,000 No pre-bid meeting will be held Period of performance: Contractor shall complete all work within sixty (60) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit will be required. Offerors must be registered in CCR in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204.8. Offerors who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award.
