- GSA, FAS intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ), not-to-exceed twelve (12) months for FSC 8030 NSNs 8030-01-573-2916, 8030-01-573-2917, and 8030-01-573-2919, under GSA's Special Order direct delivery Program (SOP). Orders will be direct delivery to a specific end user. The estimated quantities shown for the 12 month period are only an estimate. Delivery will be FOB Origin Prepay and Add, FOB Shipment to any location in the United Sates. The SPQ period will be 7/25/2012 (or date of award) to 7/24/2013 (or one year from the start date). Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price, delivery, minimum order quantity, and past performance.
