- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to accomplish soil erosion repair on the South Embankment of the Bear Creek Dam Project. The work shall include but not be limited to; soil/seedbed preparation, import of quality topsoil, compaction, seeding of appropriate native vegetation, mulching, and application/ installation of soil erosion stabilization materials to ensure vegetation establishment. The Contractor shall so control all their operations during the performance of the work so as to insure that the completed work meets all of the requirements of the specifications. All contracted tasks must be completed during the scheduled time period unless otherwise specified herein or authorized in advance by the Contracting Officer, or his/her authorized representative.
