- Proposal Line Items Limited Source/Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is required and a written solicitation will not be issued. A limited source/brand name justification is attached. This requirement is for the purchase of seven OmniClone 10X1 and all ancillary equipment and software for shipment to multiple locations within the continental US. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code involved is 334119, with a size standard of 1000 employees. This is a firm-fixed price contract.
