Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes for Project Number NRM 878-12-005, Repair/Replace Roofing, Siding and Asphalt Driveway, at Seven Pine National Cemetery, 400 East Williamsburg Road, Sandston, VA 23150, Henrico County under Solicitation VA786A-12-Q-0065. This is a 100% Total Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Businesses in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d). Contractor is to provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to all sections of the Lodge metal roof, repair and replace wood siding and lathe on the Service Building, and renovate and repave asphalt driveway at Seven Pine National Cemetery. Award will be made in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will be made to the quote that is most advantageous to the Government considering price and past performance. The Magnitude of Construction Price Range is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 238160 with a standard size of $14.5 million. Solicitation will be issued on/about July 13, 2012, with a receipt for quotes by July 23, 2012.
