- The Government has requirements for the following: Noun: Guidance Section, GU; NSN: 1420-01-557-0080 & 6920-01-557-0104, respectively; PIN: l3S56275& 76100646, respectively; Qty: 1 ea. & 1 ea., respectively; required delivery is 90 days after contract award; F.O.B. DEST, with delivery to Anniston, AL. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Sheila Marsh, Contracting Specialist; email: sheila.marsh@dla.mil; Fax: 256-842-4383. No telephone request will be accepted. Please include solicitation number and your direct contact information (I.E., email address, mailing address, and telephone number.) Suggest those small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. RFQ will be issued to: HELLFIRE SYSTEMS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, (cage Code: 036W7). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. To request solicitation package, please contact the contract specialist at the above email address. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Missile Requirements (AM COM pamphlet 702-1) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Missile Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. NOTE22 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority ofF AR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
