Site Visit FAR 52.237-1 Please note that a site visit will be conducted on July 16, 2012 at 9:00 AM EST in building 308. Please submit the following information by email to Raymond.Johnson@dla.mil by 12:00 PM EST on July 13, 2012. NAME OF ATTENDEES THEIR COMPANY NAME -You may submit the information on behalf of any of your subcontractors or they may submit separately. Would appreciate if they are a sub submitting a separate e-mail, if they would state the name of the prime contractor. CONTACT INFORMATION-E-mails, Phone Numbers, both office and one cell phone number (in case something happens last minute) Please note Foreign Nationals are not authorized (takes months to clear). If weapons (firearms) are in vehicle, they must be identified and weapons will be held until departure. If they aren't identified, the person will be arrested. Checking on whether a quick background check is performed-fyi. Follow traffic rules-tickets issued go through Columbus Magistrate. Watch speed limit & complete stops at stop signs.
