Description

Notice of Intent Air Force District of Washington Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), to A-T Solution for Scene PD Pro Software Maintenance. The Federal Government acquired 1,200 Scene PD User Licenses, a software product for scene diagramming for pre- and post event analysis and training. This tool provides investigators and officers in the field with an easy to use solution to pre-plan for diagram and storyboard any crime scene. ScenePD is sketching software from A-T solutions, used as a diagramming tool, to employ a library of "intelligent" objects to quickly and accurately sketch out any complex crime scene varying from domestic abuse, fire scenes and floor planning to more complex scenarios such as homicide. The Period of Performance will be base plus two option years: 9/29/2012 - 9/28/2013 9/29/2013 - 9/28/2014 9/29/2014 - 9/28/2015 This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on 20 July. Phone calls will not be accepted. The Government point of contact for this action is Mr. Delvin Whitlock, Contract Specialist, at delvin.whitlock@afncr.mil. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
