- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is prepared with the intent to award on a competitive basis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.The request for Quotation (RFQ) number N44255-12-T-9001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date is 18 July 2012 at 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. It is the Contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 485510 ($14 million in gross annual receipts). This acquisition is exclusively set aside 100% for small business. Responses are requested from qualified sources capable of providing the following services: CLIN 0001 Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide buses with 36 to 44 passenger capacity to meet transportation requirements contained in the bus route and schedule for the period of 31 July 2012 through 05 August 2012. All riders will be military personnel with valid active duty military ID. Department of Labor Wage Determination 2005-2563, Revision number 14 dated 06/13/2012 is incorporated and made a part of this procurement. The bus schedule may be changed by authorized personnel as long as no additional charges are incurred.
