They provide a full range of real estate services, including new construction, facility renovations & repairs, property management, janitorial services and food concessions. To accomplish this work, they look to the private sector to bid on PBS Construction and Service Contracts. The Northwest/Arctic Region is responsible for providing these services in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. This session will cover the following key topics: Remaining contract opportunities available for fiscal year 2012 Fiscal Year 2013 projects Qualification requirements How Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status impacts your competitive advantage. In order to attend, your firm must: Be registered in CCR as a SDVOSB(contact PTAC if assistance is needed) Have a one page line card/capabilities statement with DUNS number, CAGE code, NAICS, Bonding levels, etc. (contact PTAC for examples) NAICS in general construction, architect/engineering, historic preservation, roofing, siding preferred Cost: FREE, space limited to two attendees per company.
