- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is issuing a cancellation to solicitation N61331-12-R-0011 due to lack of technically appropriate offers. The cancellation is effective immediately as of 3 July 2012. Additionally, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for a similar requirement when it has been defined in accordance with an acceptable level of technical clarity.
