Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is Unrestricted. Principle NAICS is 335129 and size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. Background/Rquirement: The Florida Army National Guard 2bd Battalion, 11th Aviation Regiment requires the purchase of, brand name or equal to, two (2) Phantom AZL-15 Landing Zone Lighting Systems as a replacement to the unit's Tactical Tower Control System (TTCS) Bag Lighting System. The systems are: (1) Phantom AZL-15 kit, contacting 35 lights with 2 transmitter and case. (2) Phantom AZL-15 kit contacting 15 lights(white, blue, green, red and remote), and 1 transmitter and case. Minimum Specifications: 1.Quantity: 2 sets 2.Colors: Steady lighting that color can be adjusted (red, green, blue, white, IR) 3.Power Source: Battery and/or Solar 4.Intensity can be adjusted (low, medium, high) 5.Lighting control: Via wireless transmitter from at least mile away. 6.Transportability: Set can be carried by one Soldier and can fit in large rucksack. 7.Security: Can be affixed to various objects such as ground, vehicles, pallets, trees, etc. Preferred but not required: 1.Pilot controlled from aircraft radio frequency 2.Power source can last 50 - 70 hours at lowest intensity per light prior to replacement 3.Lights can flash 4.Wireless radio interference protection from other sources Delivery to Starke, Florida, zip code 32091. Product information to include brochures or webpage where information is readily available. This information needs to be detailed enough for an evaluation against the stated requirement 3.
