- The Army National Guard requires 12 each UH-60 Black Hawk Airframe Support Stands. Handling Systems Inc. part number AVI011804. The Government does not possess specifications and technical drawings for these items. The Government intends to award a sole source contract from this solicitation. The intended source for this item is Handling Systems Inc. 106 Park S Court, Nashville, TN 37210-4823. Handling Systems is the only known source for this item however interested firms may respond and submit a proposal. All responsible offers will be considered. Offers are due on 27 July 2012 at 10:00 AM ET. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The NAICS code is 333319. The following provision applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Represenatations and Certifications Commercial Items, Alternate I. Contract clauses incorporated by reference are: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, DFARS 252-211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. DFARS 252-232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. In accordance with FAR 52.212-3,, Offeror Reps and Certs, An offeror shall only complete paragraph (b) of the provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and cerifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov Contract award shall be made to the offeror whose offer will result in the best value to the Government. Additional descriptive information: THe frame is constructed of 90mm x 90mm heavy Bosch strut, trussed for rigidity. The ends are equipped with screw down levelling jacks rated at 2 tons each for lift and 5 tons each for support. THe frame has 4 swivel casters for transport only, the casters are not rated to support the air frame. The top edge of the frame is padded with 1" of hard felt. Size: 72" wide x 54" deep and 28" tall (adjustable up and down 9") Load bearnign certification 22,500 lbs.
