- NSN: 4730-01-193-6781, Coupling Assembly, Quick Disconnect. " Source Control Item," Configuration Control Applies. Eaton Aerospace, CAGE 00624, P/N AE82291P. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 95 days aro. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract with provisions for 100% Quantity Option. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is July 19, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
